Every report card submitted will net 5 points for your school and we will also send students a coupon for some chicken nuggets courtesy of Chick-fil-A!

Here are the 10 questions that will help us to grade Sheldon for this year:
1. How did you first hear about Courtesy on the Road?
2. Did you put the magnet on your car? Is it still there? Did anyone take it?
3. Did you see the Courtesy on the Road music video? What was your impression of it?
4. Did you receive a COR curriculum? What did you think of it?
5. Do you receive the e-notes? Do you read them? Always? Usually? Never?
What do you find valuable or enjoyable and how would you change them?
6. What do you think of the weekly contests like "Where's Sheldon?" or "Traf-FAQs"? Have you ever entered? Ever won anything? What do you think about the competition among schools and the whole rankings thing?
7. Were you or was anyone you know "caught" driving courteously?
What was your reaction when you heard that you/they had won?
8. Do you think programs like Courtesy on the Road help raise awareness
among teen drivers about safe and courteous driving? Why or why not?
9. How do you think Courtesy on the Road might become more effective
among the high school drivers in your school and in the county?
10. Finally (juniors and sophmores) would you consider being a student rep
for Courtesy on the Road next year? (This is not a promise; just let us know if
